Make a report easy to investigate
For a broken tool, include the page address, your browser and device type, the choices that led to the problem, and what you expected to happen. For a wording issue, quote the smallest relevant passage and tell us which language you were reading. Please do not send account passwords, government identity documents, payment details, or private guild conversations.
If a suggested name carries an unintended offensive meaning, conflicts with a recognizable organization, or has a pronunciation issue, describe the context and include a reliable reference if available. A name can land very differently across regions, and specific context helps us make a better correction.
Privacy, rights, and accessibility requests
Use a subject such as “Privacy request,” “Accessibility report,” or “Rights concern” so the purpose is clear. A privacy request should identify the correspondence or information involved and what you would like us to do. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that you are entitled to make a request; do not send identification documents unless we have discussed a secure and necessary approach.
For an intellectual property concern, identify the work or mark, explain your relationship to it, and provide the affected TribalShaping page. Good-faith notices will be considered.
